We are big Ranch dip fans in our house. Our favorite snack is ranch dip and veggies, but we have to have a good ranch. Not just any store bought will do. Our favorite is home made dip. The bad thing about Ranch dip is it can have a lot of calories! I was on the hunt to find something I can make and didn’t have too much extra fat. And here it is!
Greek Yogurt Ranch Dip!!
It really only takes 2 ingredients, 16 oz of your favorite Greek yogurt (plain!!) and Ranch seasoning (I like Hidden Valley). Now mix the 2 together and you have your dip! You could stop there and most of you might. If you are like us though, you LOVE dill dip. I always add some extra dill to things and this dip is perfect for it! I added a few more shakes of dill and some garlic powder for taste and Viola! Good for you Ranch Dip!
It’s best to let it chill in fridge for at least 1 hour before serving so all the flavors have time to get together. Serve with your favorite raw veggies or crackers and you have yourself a good little snack!
My daughter couldn’t wait to have some with her dinner and I was happy to let her eat up more veggies 🙂
Enjoy!
