These 3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies are so tasty they were gone in just a few days. It’s so simple to make make because it only takes 3 things!
If you’ve followed my blog for awhile you know that we love peanut butter. We eat them for snacks like peanut butter balls, we eat them for treats like peanut butter and honey bites, and my daughter eats peanut butter and jelly sandwiches almost every day for lunch at school.
Basically peanut butter is one of my weekly staples on my grocery list. I buy it all the time. I not even brand-friendly (I do love Nates!) but I always buy creamy. We are not crunchy peanut butter fans.
Since we love peanut butter I wanted to make some peanut butter only cookies. I’ve made several treats with peanut butter in it but wanted to make some cookies with peanut butter as the main ingredient.
I wanted to make something with not as much sugar either so I came across a recipe and decided to mix it up a little to try to make it better to our liking to find using just these 3 ingredients to work!
3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup of peanut butter (I used our favorite creamy brand)
- 1/2 cup of your favorite sweetener (Stevia or similar) I used a Stevia and used less than 1/2 cup to make sure it wasn’t too sweet!
~Preheat oven to 350
~In a bowl mix the 3 ingredients together.
~Roll the dough into small balls. Using your hands is the easiest method for this!
~Place the dough on a lined cookies sheet or baking mat.
~Press down with a fork and make a fun pattern.
~Bake for 10-12 minutes or until brown.
~Store in an airtight container! The smell of the baked peanut butter will be wonderful. My entire family loved these and gobbled them up. We didn’t have many left in a few days. You can totally make a large batch and freeze or even make up the dough and freeze to bake at a later time.
These have turned out to be some of our favorite cookies!
