This post is sponsored by BODYARMOR. All opinions are mine. I have partnered with Mom It Forward Influencer Network for this post.

Soccer is my daughter’s favorite sport to play. She’s become very committed to the sport so that means many days and weekends are busy doing practices and games. We are always shuttling from one soccer event to the next so we have to keep her soccer bag ready for any event!  These are the 4 items we keep ready in her bag.

4 Must Have Items for the Soccer Bag #Switch2BODYARMOR #BringIt #ad

Sunscreen: That’s a must here. It’s always sunny and warm. Sometimes she’s on the field during peak sun times so having this ready in her bag is helpful.

Extra Soccer Gear: She always carries extra shin guards and socks just in case.

A Cool Towel: There’s nothing like a cold towel on your neck when it’s hot out.

BODYARMOR Drinks: These are her favorite drinks and really do a great job to hydrate and keep her going. It has no artificial flavors or sweeteners so it’s my #1 choice for a sports drink.

BODYARMOR is the sports drink for today’s athlete, providing Superior Hydration by combining natural flavors and sweeteners, potassium electrolytes, and coconut water & vitamins.  I love it for my little athletes because it’s high in potassium and low in sodium. It’s a healthier alternative to traditional sports drinks.

I love it for my little athletes because it’s high in potassium and low in sodium. It’s a healthier alternative to traditional sports drinks. They come flavors: Fruit punch, orange mango, strawberry banana, tropical punch, blackout berry, mixed berry, grape, watermelon strawberry, and lemonade.

My older son used to play soccer for a long time but then he stopped. I’m thinking about enrolling my younger one into soccer. These tips are definitely helpful.

My 4 year old has asked to start playing soccer, so this is a great help! I was a swimmer, so I for sure know that staying hydrated is super important for any sport really

It’s great to have kids in sports and activities. This drink looks like it is perfect for little ones to keep well hydrated too and full of energy on the hot summer days outdoors with soccer.

That drink sounds so good. I love all the flavors it comes in. The price is great, too, so that the whole team could have one!

Drinks and snacks are the best things to have as you don’t realise how much of a work out playing football can be x

Great idea for little athletes. My kids used to do soccer, but I’m not sure if they will start something else this fall. I think we need to take BodyArmor on some of our hikes this summer.
