I cannot believe how busy this time of the year is. With holidays comes shopping, parties, recitals, practices and more. I am always in desperate need for quick, easy (and still being healthy) and I have found the perfect solution with Kidfresh frozen meals.
Kidfresh is here to save the day for this busy Mom! They are new to Walmart and found the in frozen foods section of the store. They are perfect for meal time, snack time, or anytime you need to feed your kids! Not only are they easy but they are healthy too. These can be your new go-to meal to feed your kids.
Why Kidfresh is a great option for meals and snacks:
Hidden Veggies: I know it can be a struggle to get my kids to eat all their veggies. Kidfresh meals are made up of up to 1/2 cup of hidden veggies in every single meal! They are also made with no artificial flavors or ingredients, no synthetic colors or flavors and non-GMO ingredients with short and clean ingredient lists. Every meal is less than 400 calories.
Convenience for Busy Moms: Are you needing to feed your kids fast? Some nights I don’t know how we can get it all done between practices, homework, and meals. Kidfresh meals are ready in 4 minutes! (in the microwave) Not only are they a great price too (between $2.99-$3.99) but they come in so many flavors as well. Some of the choices include: Wagon Wheels Mac + Cheese, Spaghetti Loops + Meat Sauce, Muy Cheesy Quesadillas, and Easy Cheesy Ravioli.
Trust and Credibility: All Kidfresh meals are best-in-kids nutrition & have a great taste kids love. I know some kids can be picky but Kidfresh meals taste great. My little guy was hesitant to try something new but once he started he could not stop! I even had a taste myself and it was so good!
Kidfresh meals make a great lunch or after school snack. My daughter has taken the Super Duper Chicken nuggets and the Spaghetti Loops + Meat Sauce to school with her. They stay warm in a thermos and much tastier than a sandwich or any bought lunch. We have lots of nights when she has soccer practice so these make great snacks that fill her up and provide some good nutrition as well!

I’m all about teaching independence at my house. I love to come up with new ways and tricks that get my kids to help me out during meal time too. Since they are getting older now (9 and 3) my 9 year old can certainly help me out. One of the hardest things for me is get everything ready and on the table with everyone having drinks and all eating essentials for our meals. This is a fun meal time hack that change your life! It’s easy, cheap, and teaches independence.
Our beverage of choice during mealtime is water. With this easy DIY magnet cup my kids can fill up their water cups on their own and they will always know where their cup is! You will need some circle magnets, plastic cups, and a hot glue gun.
These are perfect re-usable plastic cups with so many designs. I chose 2 each for my kids. You might even have some at home already that would work!
- Heat up your glue-gun.
- Wash and dry each cup you are wanting to use.
- Carefully glue 2-3 magnets on. I had self adhesive magnets but still glued down.
- Let dry completely and stick on your fridge.
Now when I’m making meals, the kids can help me out and get their own drinks ready! When we are cleaning up after eating I wash out the cup and place it back on the fridge for the next use. It’s easy peasy!
