Now that it’s officially Fall we have been loving a delicious and simple meal like these mini chicken and waffles. Get all the details below!
This is one of my favorite times of the year. There are so many fun things going on! These are some of our favorites that are coming up;
- Visiting the State Fair
- Going to our Local Pumpkin Patch
- Participating in our Neighborhood’s Trunk or Treat
- Going to our Church’s local Fall Festival
If I could describe our Fall right now in one word it would be busy. We are so busy. I’m sure we are like most other families with school, work, sports/activities, and fun fall events that nearly everyday we are so busy I go to bed exhausted. That’s why I need a easy meal that I can make pretty quickly that we all enjoy and we can scoot out the door to the next Fall event!
These mini chicken and waffles are so delicious and fun to make for the entire family. They are perfect for a quick weekday meal or a fun weekend meal too!
During the week we literally have some activity after school every single day (sometimes 2) so I need easy and quick meals I can put together fast that are filling and tasty. These mini chicken and waffles are both tasty and filling for the whole family. I also love that they don’t need many ingredients to put together- that’s a win in my book too!
Mini Chicken and Waffles
Tyson® Any’tizers® Popcorn Chicken (from Walmart!!)
Mini frozen waffles
First, heat your oven to 400 degrees and get a baking sheet ready to cook the Tyson® Any’tizers® Popcorn Chicken. This is my favorite and one of my simple mom tricks to save me time. This chicken is so good and my kids love it! It also cooks fast so on a Fall night when we need quick meal this is perfect. It’s great to have on hand if you have friends coming over for a Fall family gathering.
Toast your waffles once the chicken is at the end of the baking time.
Once everything is ready and cooked, take a piece of Tyson® Any’tizers® Popcorn Chicken and stack it on a waffle and use a toothpick to keep it all in place.
Garnish with syrup and enjoy!
This is the perfect meal to get the family together this Fall or to serve when you have family over the season! It’s easy, kid-friendly, and delicious.
