With Halloween coming up I have the perfect kid-friendly snack idea you can make that is so easy and so much fun! Monster Fruit cups!!

You need green grapes, clear cups, jumbo-sized marshmallows, sharpie marker, and plastic wrap to seal the cups at the end. Monster Fruit cups would be perfect for a class party or a fun Halloween play date! If you take snacks to a sports event they would make great snacks for that as well.  Kids love them and they are low in sugar.

Monster Fruit Cups, the perfect healthy snack for kids this Halloween season

Monster Fruit Cup Directions:

Wash and Dry Green Grapes

Stuff some grapes in the bottom of a clear cup

Add some jumbo marshmallows to the cup and push up against the side

Add some more grapes around the marshmallows

Put plastic wrap on top

Use a sharpie to decorate. (Kids love this part!)

We made these the other day after our lunch and the kids just loved them! It took about 5 minutes to put everything together and they made a good dessert. I think they would be great in lunches too! I know my kids get plenty of sugar here and there so getting a fruit dessert that is lower in sugar is nice to have. Check out my Non-Candy Halloween Treat Ideas too for your Halloween treats to give out!

*If serving to children under 5 I would cut the grapes in 1/2. Grapes can be a choking hazard to little kids. Please use your discretion. Check out these other healthier Halloween treat ideas.
