These no bake peanut butter balls are so tasty and easy to make! They will easily become a family favorite in your house too!
One of my family’s favorite treats are my no-bake peanut butter balls. I decided to change the recipe up just a bit to make it more kid-friendly. Kids will love these no-bake monster peanut butter balls. They are easy to make and can be packed with protein making them a healthier treat too.
No Bake Monster Peanut Butter Balls
1 cup of old fashioned oats
1/2 cup of peanut butter (I use creamy)
1/4 cup of mixed flax and chia seeds (for extra protein)
1/4 cup of small baking m&m’s
1/3 cup of honey
1 tsp of vanilla
All you do is mix everything together in a bowl until you get a good mushy consistency. (I’ve made these so many times that I don’t even measure anymore!) Using your hands or cookie scoop, grab some of the mixture and roll into a ball as best you can. Sometimes if I’ve used too much PB I add little more oats to the mix so it isn’t as sticky. Continue making balls until you have used up all the mix. I store mine in an air sealed container in the fridge. THAT’s IT!
My daughter LOVES these before a soccer game to give her some extra energy when she doesn’t want a big meal. They are also great for an after school treat!
