Summer time is the perfect time for some some fun, family adventure. We were lucky enough to travel to the great state of Colorado this summer for lots of family fun and adventure! I was thrilled to have the awesome Lumix G7 camera with me to share some of our favorite spots while hiking and shopping in the beautiful Colorado!
The Lumix G7 is extremely light weight. It’s a mirror less camera with awesome image quality. This made it super easy to pack and take with us on on day trips. We tried packing in as much adventure as we could. Thanks to the Lumix G7, it was right with me to get the best shots.
First up, horseback riding! We found a family friendly excursion that was fun for the entire family, even the 2 year old! (We were suggested to not take the camera on the actual trial rides in fear it might spook the horses so I took lots of pics before and after!) The weather was glorious and I could not get enough of these beautiful horses. They were so gentle and sweet. My 7 year old and nephew just loved them to pieces. They were so fun to pet and talk to.
Next up, shopping. After some rest time we hit up the main town for some shopping. We were in the beautiful town of Breckenridge that has the cutest shopping area. It’s right next to the Blue River so we had to stop and put our feet in the water. It was ICE cold but oh so fun 🙂
We ended our day on a nature hike. It was so beautiful and peaceful. I loved having the Lumix camera to zoom in on some of the beautiful nature around us. The Lumix G7 has a touch enabled monitor that I was able to use to get the best shot. I was able to focus really fast and get some awesome shots of the gorgeous outdoors! These purple flowers were everywhere in Breckenridge and I loved getting to capture their full beauty. 
With the Wifi capability I was able to connect to my iphone and instantly pull my favorite images and share them with family and friends! No more spending time at the computer downloading pics!
I was thrilled to have this awesome camera with us on this family vacation. It helped me preserve some wonderful memories we will have forever! This is one of my keepers of my beautiful daughter. I was shooting in Burst mode and got some really fun shots of her playing in the flowers.

What a great adventure 🙂 I love the pictures you took. The camera looks like it is pretty versatile with the different shots you were able to take. I love the idea of having wifi on my camera! It is such a pain remembering to upload my shots.

This is awesome! What a nice camera, and it looks like you and your family had a wonderful time! The Wi-Fi feature is AMAZING…that’s one reason I often use my phone instead of my DSLR b/c I don’t like to make time to upload photos and then edit them all.

Colorado is SOOOOO beautiful (in the summer!). It wasn’t too bad of a drive from DFW. You should try it sometime. VERY family friendly place 🙂
Gorgeous pictures! Love those purple flowers. I’m enamored by the fact that your camera has wifi capabilities. I get so beat down trying to find my cord and then connecting to the computer and browsing for files, etc… Your new camera sounds great. Lightweight, touch-enabled monitor, etc.. This is so perfect for you because you LOVE to take pictures!
