These pb cup cookies are so good you won’t believe they are this easy. It really only calls for 2 things; pb cookie dough (pre-made or make your own!) and PB cups. It takes just a few minutes to make and they are sooooooooo yummy (and VERY sweet too)!
PB cookie dough
mini muffin tin
Spray muffin tin and preheat oven (follow dough directions). Slice the dough and put enough for each mini muffin and bake about 1/2 the normal time. While they cookies are baking you’ll need to unwrap the candy. Try not to eat any! Ha Ha!
Keep an eye on the cookies in the oven. Since they are mini, you need to watch to make sure they don’t burn. When the dough looks good enough quickly take the muffin tin out and begin pressing the candy down into the cookie.
This needs to be done really fast! Push them down but not too far or they will melt. Let set for a little bit or even pop the muffin tin into the fridge to harden faster. Pop them out when they are cool and you are done!
Seriously these are the best cookies ever. Anytime I take them for a party or event everyone goes nuts. Be warned, they will go fast!
