We are a peanut butter eating family. We eat peanut butter weekly. I use it in recipes like Energy Bites and this peanut butter granola snack. We also eat it on sandwiches. These PB & Honey Bites have become the new favorite snack at my house. They were a hit and I hope you like them too.
PB & Honey Bites
This recipe is adapted from Nature Nates. They sent me some samples of their new products to try.
Yield: 4 Servings
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of Nature Nate’s Honey Peanut Butter Blend
- 1/2 cup of Nature Nate’s Raw and Unfiltered Honey
- 24 pretzels (the waffle kind work best for this!)
- 3/4 cup of chocolate chips
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 cup of sprinkles to decorate

In a small bowl, stir together peanut butter and honey. Place a dollop of this mixture on top of 12 pretzels, press a second pretzel on top to create a ‘sandwich’. Set aside.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in 20-second bursts, stirring between each burst, until smooth.
Dip each pretzel sandwich into melted chocolate, submerging to cover half of the pretzel. Dip in sprinkles, then transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Once all pretzels have been dipped, refrigerate until chocolate is firm.
For best results, store in an airtight container in the fridge.

If you are fans of peanut butter (and local to North Dallas!) you should check out Nature Nate’s. You can find it at Kroger right now. I am in love with the PB spread. It’s so delicious and tastes great on so many things.
