Before Thanksgiving I was on the hunt for a yummy veggie I could make. This side dish was popping up all over my Pinterest and Facebook feed so had to give it a try!
Any veggie roasted is so yummy. This had a lot of flavor and a touch of sweetness from the cranberries and maple syrup. You have to try it! Prep time was about 25-30 min. (Prepping the butternut squash took the longest!) and cook time is 25-25 minutes. Everything gets tossed together at the end and is wonderful!
What you need:
Brussels sprouts
Butternut squash
Olive oil
Dried cranberries
Pecans
Maple Syrup
It was a fairly easy recipe to follow and put together. The only real downfall was that my house smelled from the Brussels Sprouts! This makes a yummy side dish and it’s pretty! It was perfect for Thanksgiving and would be perfect for your Christmas Dinner 🙂 Be sure and check out Julia’s Album for more pics and step by step of making this delicious veggie 🙂
