Popcorn time! Popcorn is a delicious snack that everyone loves. My kids and I love popcorn for an after school snack. What I don’t love is all the yucky ingredients in the microwave bag popcorn. I did a little research and found out that I can make popcorn on the stove. It’s even FASTER than microwave and so much HEALTHIER! I discovered a secret ingredient that makes it super tasty and healthy, Coconut Oil!

popcorn #dailymomtivityAdd some of your favorite coconut oil to the bottom of a pot. Just enough to coat the bottom with a thin layer. Turn on your heat and add some popcorn kernels and put the lid on. Sit and watch for the popping. It happens fast and you don’t want to burn it!Popcorn stovetop #dailymomtivity

Within a few minutes you will have a tasty treat! It comes out tasting so fluffy and light! Add salt or any fun seasoning you have on hand for some extra flavor.
