1 lb of meat (I use turkey)
1 can of tomato sauce (8 oz)
ranch dry seasoning
1 can of Rotel (mild)
1 can of black beans (or any beans you have)
1 can of chili (w/o beans)
1 can of corn
Basically I brown the meat, add taco seasoning and throw everything in a large pot. I do add about 8 oz of water because I like my soup runny, and not so thick. For toppings we add cheese and sometimes chips. It’s so good and so easy. Perfect on a cold day!
