We love smoothies at our house. They make great and easy breakfasts or even serve as a nice snack in between meals. You can add tons of good stuff to them to make them healthy too. This triple berry vanilla smoothie is packed with goodness and tastes great!

This is a sponsored post from Genuine Health. I received samples to help me write my review. All opinions are mine.

To make the Triple Berry Vanilla Smoothie you need:

1 cup of milk or almond milk

1/2 cup of frozen berries (I used blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries)

1 squeeze of lime

1 teaspoon of honey for a dash of sweetness

1 scoop of fermented vegan proteins + vanilla flavor

Triple Berry Vanilla Smoothie

Directions: Place all of the ingredients into a blender, blend away and enjoy. Garnish with fresh fruit if desired.

Sprouts is now offering Genuine Health’s full line of fermented vegan proteins+ bars and a special edition of their fermented vegan proteins+ powders;  now featuring 20G OF PROTEIN per scoop!

This makes it so easy to mix up a delicious smoothie that is full of proteins and good for your gut! Another reason why I like it? NO BLOATING! You get up to 40% MORE absorption* (*of amino acids vs. unfermented proteins)
These Genuine Health products are now found at Sprouts Markets. Don’t have a Sprouts? Check them out and shop online or at a store near you.
