I love doing Valentine crafts with my kids. There are so many fun ideas. My kids love getting out paper, scissors, glue, and if you add in some glitter they are even happier.

3 Fun Valentine Crafts
I am always looking for crafts that a variety of ages and stages can do. I have picked out a few that would be perfect for small groups, younger kids, or even a class party!
Heart Suncatcher
This is one of my favorite crafts. This comes pre wrapped for you as a set and even with directions at Oriental Trading. I was thinking back to my preschool days and this would have been perfect. All you need to add is some watered down glue but kids will be able to do this independently. It can also serve a variety of ages. After letting it dry you hang it up and done. It’s so cute!
Valentine Glitter Art Pictures
These are so cute but they do come with glitter. We all know what happens with glitter- it does get everywhere! My kids both had so much fun doing these glitter art pictures and even I loved doing it too. I thought these would be great for a small group to do. My 12 year old LOVED it and my 6 year old did too but I did help with the glitter. The pictures are adhesive stickers you take off and then pour the glitter on and you get to decorate how you want. Super cute gift ideas or keepsake.
Valentine Bookmarks
If don’t know already Oriental Trading has tons of arts and craft supplies. My daughter wanted to help make something for her friends so we decided on bookmarks. All you need are some jumbo craft sticks, washi tape, these heart flipping sequin patches, and some heavier glue. I used a hot glue gun.
- Cover the craft stick with washi tape on both sides.
- Add some hot glue to the top and place a sequin patch on
- Let dry
- Use as a bookmark or pointer
