This Jalapeno Ranch dip is the by far the best ranch dip I’ve ever made! It’s creamy, runny, and offers just enough kick to keep you coming back for more.
If you live anywhere near a Chuy’s restaurant then you know all about their creamy jalapeno ranch dip. It’s something you have to ask for, it’s not regular salsa they serve. Once you have it you will ask for it over and over again. I love a good ranch dip and this has a good kick to it that will make you want more. Jalapeno Ranch dip is great on tortillas or to dip corn chips in. I’ve been trying to perfect my jalapeno ranch dip for a few years now and I think I have it pretty darn perfect!
Jalapeno Ranch Dip:
1 16 oz carton sour cream
1 pack Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning mix
Slices of Jalapenos and juice (I use jarred jalapenos)
Tomatillo Sauce (green salsa)
Dash of milk
Start by blending up a few seeded and sliced jalapenos and some cilantro. I like cilantro so I add a lot. Go easy on the jalapenos for now because you can always add more. Slowly blend in sour cream and ranch mix. Add a few spoonfuls of the tomatillo sauce. I use about 1/2 cup of this. Add in the juice of 1 lime and a few teaspoons of milk. Blend together and have a taste. Does it need a little more of a kick? Add in some more jalapenos and juice. I love dill so I always add dill at the end. Garnish with cilantro or with chips. Try not to drink it straight from the bowl. It’s that good! This is a perfect side to your taco night or just for fun. Enjoy
