Do you have 7 minutes to spare? I know it doesn’t sound like much but even in 7 minutes you can get your heart rate up and going! What a great morning activity to do. You can choose to do a full body, upper body, core, lower body, and random. The lite app is free but there is a better app you can buy for a few dollars more.
This is a great app that lets you choose between 20/40/60 minutes of yoga. You’ll have a personal yogi guiding you along the way. The smaller version is free but there is an additional app you can purchase for just $3.99.
This is another easy one where you can customize the kind of workout you want and how long. The videos are great and give step by step instructions on what to do.
