Have you ever seen a candy gram birthday card? I’ve made them a few times and they are really fun to make with kids. They are even more fun to deliver in person. They’d be perfect to make for a teacher, classmate, or family member.

You can get a lot of the candy at the $1 store and Pinterest has so many ideas you can mix and match the slogans or expressions to personalize your candy gram card. They don’t even have to be a birthday card it can really be for any type card or just for fun.

My kids made a candy gram birthday card for their cousin and it was fun to gather the supplies to get it all organized. He’s a big candy fan so we got to pull in lots of candy and a cool message.

How to Make a Candy Gram Birthday Card

Poster Board- $1 store

Double sided tape

Marker to write Message

Candy: Extra Gum, York, Lifesavers, Snickers, Payday, Milky Way, Orbit Gum, Baby Ruth, Butterfinger

Make a fun card with this cute candy gram birthday card!!

What you need to do first is think about the message or thoughts you want to say. I wrote my message on paper first and then went to the board.

Next, start writing your message and leave room for your candy to go in. Leave more room than you think! I used double sided tape to make sure it stuck really well. I tried to write big but it’s hard to write big but leave enough room for the entire message.

I had to put down extra tape for the bigger candy like the lifesavers but that was it! It turned out really cute and it was so much better than a boring card that will get thrown away.

Now my daughter wants to make these for all of her friends this year on their birthdays! Here is one we recently did and changed up the words a little.  So here’s an updated card! I got all of the above from the $1 store!!!

Candy gram birthday card! Much better than a paper card and everything can be found at the $1 store!

Have you ever made a candy gram birthday card? They are really fun for kids especially and super cute!
