Move over boring birthday cards, these candy gram birthday cards are so fun to make and to receive!

Have you ever seen a candy gram birthday card? I’ve made them a few times and they are really fun to make with kids. They are even more fun to deliver in person. They’d be perfect to make for a teacher, classmate, or family member.

You can get a lot of the candy at the $1 store and Pinterest has so many ideas you can mix and match the slogans or expressions to personalize your candy gram card. They don’t even have to be a birthday card it can really be for any type card or just for fun.

My kids made a candy gram birthday card for their cousin and it was fun to gather the supplies to get it all organized. He’s a big candy fan so we got to pull in lots of candy and a cool message.

Here’s what I used:

Poster Board- $1 store

Double sided tape

Marker to write Message

Candy: Extra Gum, York, Lifesavers, Snickers, Payday, Milky Way, Orbit Gum, Baby Ruth, Butterfinger

Make a fun card with this cute candy gram birthday card!!

What you need to do first is think about the message or thoughts you want to say. I wrote mine on post it notes! Next, start writing your message and leave room for your candy to go in. Leave more room than you think! I used double sided tape to make sure it stuck really well. I tried to write big but it’s hard to write big but leave enough room for the entire message.

I had to put down extra tape for the bigger candy like the lifesavers but that was it! It turned out really cute and it was so much better than a boring card that will get thrown away. Now my daughter wants to make these for all of her friends this year on their birthdays!
