My kids love all things peanut butter and jelly. My daughter actually requests one for her school lunch pretty much on a daily basis. I’m glad because it’s easy on me! I decided to take her usually pb & j sandwich and make it fun with these peanut butter and jelly kabobs.

I decided with the new school year I wanted to try something fun for the kid’s lunches. My oldest loves peanut butter and jelly and eats it every day for her school lunches. The same boing sandwich gets old so I thought it would be fun to try it a different way. We went to the store for our supplies and found these fun cake pop sticks!

Back at home, I started experimenting with new ways to make her favorite sandwich. I used the cake pop sticks and some fruit so we came up with a kabob style sandwich. Everything is more fun on a stick, right?

You can chose your favorite fruit to use. Bananas would also be good for this but we had strawberries, blackberries, and blueberries. My family’s favorite peanut butter is creamy Jif. We love all flavors of Smucker’s fruit spreads. There are so many flavors! We usually switch every week with a different flavor.
