My kids love all things peanut butter and jelly. My daughter actually requests one for her school lunch pretty much on a daily basis. I’m glad because it’s easy on me! I decided to take her usually pb & j sandwich and make it fun with these peanut butter and jelly kabobs.
I decided with the new year that I was going to get a jump start on my school lunch prep. We headed to Target to pick up on some of our essentials. I was so happy to see that right now on the Target Cartwheel app you can save on both Jif and Smucker’s! Who doesn’t love saving money? I clicked the items in the app, showed my cashier and instantly saved!
Back at home I started experimenting with new ways to make her favorite sandwich. I had some cake pop sticks and some fruit so we came up with kabob style sandwich. Everything is more fun on a stick, right?
You can chose your favorite fruit to use. Bananas would also be good for this but we had strawberries, blackberries, and blueberries. My family’s favorite peanut butter is creamy Jif. We love all flavors of Smucker’s fruit spreads. There are so many flavors! We usually switch every week with a different flavor.
- Jif Creamy Peanut Butter

- Put Jif on both sides of bread.
- Add Smucker's jelly to the middle of one piece
- Put bread together to make a sandwich
- Cut the crust off

The kabobs turned out so cute and tasty! My daughter was so excited to have them for lunch! Would your kids eat these peanut butter and jelly kabobs?
